What is Modified Goat Format?

Modified Goat Format is Goat Format with changes to the forbidden and limited list. Modified Goat Format does not include any cards or expansions that are not in normal Goat Format, but the allowable quantities for some of the cards are different from the original quantities in Goat Format.
