Ever wondered what goes into climate control for a luxury home? We take you behind the scenes of a super prime multi-storey property in Hornchurch — complete with basement bar, steam room and sauna.
When you're heating and cooling a house this size, a normal boiler and a few radiators won't cut it. Here's what we installed:
Multiple Zehnder MVHR units for continuous fresh air across every floor
Daikin concealed ceiling AC units with motorised dampers for room-by-room control
Underfloor heating throughout with separate manifolds per level
This is whole-house climate control — heating, cooling and ventilation designed as one integrated system.
