A heartbreaking picture of poverty has emerged from Kuresini village under Golamunda Block in Odisha’s Kalahandi district, where 70-year-old Liakhai Majhi is struggling to survive without a proper house. Despite her old age and failing health, she continues to work to arrange food for herself while living in a fragile mud hut with no basic facilities.
