A demonstration of how to calibrate an injector and/or flow meter. The video walks you through the process of calibration, demonstrates that calibration with water may not provide proper calibration for fertilizers or chemicals. Measurement of surging chemical flow is also discussed, as well as equipment maintenance.
The equipment used in this video include:
Inject-O-Meter positive displacement pump
Seametrics PE202 chemical flow meter
Rotameter (cylinder with a float inside)
