In this video, we examine the ATI/GSG STG 44 reproduction rifle in .22LR. The Schmeisser Sturmgewehr pictured in this video is a modern reproduction in the economical .22LR round-version of the original World War 2 rifle used by National Socialist Germany. We begin by going over the features found in the STG 44 .22, including the original wooden crate sent from ATI, as well as some of the aftermarket options available for this rifle. Then, we head out to the range and shoot a few rounds through the Sturmgewehr. After that, we go over the disassembly, cleaning and reassembly of the rifle. To round out the video, we give our opinions on Schmeisser's rendition of the STG 44 in .22LR.
