Описание: Sometimes as a budget traveller, you sacrifice your sanity in order to save a few dollars. The Thailand to Malaysia Border Crossing by overnight sleeper train was our shining example. There is very little-to-no information online about how to get from the Gulf of Thailand Islands (in our case Koh Samui) to Malaysia by land. We knew it would cost more to fly, and decided to take it on ourselves. 28 hours and a few extra bucks saved in our wallets later, we made it across the Malaysian border to George Town, Penang—2 ferries, 2 mini busses, 1 coach bus, and two trains later, to be exact. 😭😂
