‼️for this recipe I recommend using skirt or beef bottom round roast presliced steaks! Skirt is on the pricy side but bottom round is the most affordable and delicious cut that works best with this recipe, as always make sure when you chop your meat you are cutting against grin!!! The meat after 2 minutes is nice juicy and tender! Of course you can always cook it longer to your liking but trust me 2 minutes is 👌🏽

Ingredients:
3 lbs skirt or bottom round roast; small diced
For my carne asada seasoning mix
1 tbsp chili powder ;I use New Mexico
1 tbsp lemon pepper
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chipotle powder
Salt I use 4 tsp
Salsa de árbol:
5 boiled tomatillos(you put them in pot with water over high heat as soon as it boils turn off)
1 boiled tomato
Handful of chile árbol;lightly toasted
2 chile puya;lightly toasted
2 garlic cloves
salt
Avocado salsa:
2 large avocados
2 serranos
2 garlic cloves
Lime juice
Salt
1/2-3/4 cup water
