Watch the other videos first for actuator removal, alignment and install. This video shows how it's possible to access and replace the driver side blend door actuator on 2011 plus Durango and Jeep GC WK2 models by only removing 4 parts.
Basic Steps
1. Remove lower felt with light (unplug)
2. Remove duct for lower heat / AC all the way to valve. This includes remove 3 parts that snap together. They are tough parts, so squeeze, shove, etc. to remove.
3. Remove actuator bolts with tools shown and unplug.
4. Ensure new actuator is in home position as shown.
5. Mark gears, actuator and blend door to ensure proper alignment when installing.
6. Install gear then actuator.
7. Install duct parts that snap together. Don't worry, they are tough parts.
8. Install lower felt. Done.
