I've had this denim midi skirt sewing project in my head for such a long time now, I'm so glad I finally got around to making it. The Style Arc Tommie jeans skirt pattern absolutely nails the denim midi skirt trend that has been firmly on the super wearable trends list for several seasons. It has all the classic denim skirt features - a coin pocket, back yoke, patch pockets, a centre front slit, top stitching details, waistband, fly front zip and jeans button and buttonhole fastening. It sewed up beautifully in our mid grey denim and I love the fact I can style it so many different ways with Tshirts, shirts, knitwear, trainers and boots.

It was a super fun sew with a nice amount of slightly more challenging sewing tasks for an intermediate sewer, but nothing too difficult. There is also a sewalong available on the Style Arc website with colour photos for anyone who needs it.
