Polar Bear and Sheep Christmas Cards in Watercolor - how to paint snowy landscapes

Today I’m painting two quick cards which I stole. Following an unexpected minor but exhausting health crisis this morning I had so little time before starting to paint I needed to expedite things and do away with the usual soul searching. Shamelessly I followed the advice in the famous book Steal Like an Artist by Austin Kleon and looked for inspiration online. And here are MY VERSIONS of ideas which I’ve seen many places online, notably Andrea Nelson’s version of the polar bear, which I found on TikTok (she’s like Dylan Hollis!) and two little lambs which I couldn’t put a name to, except that it is widely on Pinterest.
