Once we got the "all clear," we headed toward the Tampa coast to shake off the nerves and soak up some much-needed winter sun. You’ll see the pure joy of my cat Pepper experiencing the beach for the first time, and even my cat gets in on the adventure with a stroll on the sand! To wrap up the week, I’m cooking a hot chicken dinner in the minivan kitchen and finding my groove at a wild drum aerobics class.
