Dr. Itirani Samanta, Editor of 'The Kadambini' is one of India’s largest circulated premier monthly magazine of Odisha with an effective readership of around three million. ‘The Kadambini’ was founded by Dr. Achyuta Samanta (Hon’ble MP Lok Sabha, eminent educationist, and philanthropist, founder of two world-class universities KIIT & KISS), edited and published by Dr. Itirani Samanta. Each issue contains a cover feature on topical social and cultural issues, current social problems, lifestyle and fashion trends, movies, television, fiction, poetry, serial novels, classic translations from other languages to the odia language. From its inception, it has been dedicated to the upliftment of art, culture, literature, social tradition at the global podium. ‘The Kadambini’ provides the dream vehicle for all to access the Odia cultural psyche.
