Описание: Join me for this 40 minute full body workout using either a set of dumbbells or a kettlebell or both. We will focus on working your entire body for strength, but we will also be getting in some heart-pumping cardio and mobility as well. Options for all fitness levels. All you need is your weights, a mat, and a little space to move. Are you ready?
