Autumn Leaves is a great introduction to chord tone soloing! This backing track in the easy key of C makes practicing even easier for beginners, and the video keeps you aware of the chord changes.
If improvising over 2-5-1s is new to you, I highly recommend first checking out my Slow 2-5-1 in C backing track and Slow 2-5-1 in Am. Most of the time Autumn Leaves just alternates between the two. Also check out my Slow Autumn Leaves in C if the original tempo is too fast for you.
