Описание: This training session intentionally covers a multitide of goalkeeping skills. The main focus of the session is having quick feet whilst maintaining good upper body posture (coaching points are found throughout the video). The secondary focus is for the keepers to find the pattern and rhythm of each drill. Just as a soccer game has rhythms and patterns, so to must training. Every drill was performed only once, but each of the exercises can be developed into complete individual progressions and training sessions, or grouped together. Feel free to share comments and thoughts on how you would progress the drills, and any coaching points you would focus on.
