Hot off the heels of his third studio album Illusion of Depth, Mat Zo sits with hosts Mike Pizzo and Warren Peace as they dig through vinyl rarities selected by the producer. Mat picks a varied crop of tracks including alt-rock staples from Soundgarden and Rage Against the Machine, backpack rap from Madvillain and Deltron 3030, and classic rock standards from the Beach Boys and 10 cc, among others. Mat also talks about the creation of his new album and the role of electronic dance music during a pandemic.

Mat Zo’s appearance on Let the Record Show marks the 51st episode in the series and the final episode of Season 4. Guests on previous episodes this season have included J-Zone, Cut Copy, Blu & Exile, Sofi Tukker, The Free Nationals, R.A.
