I have had many clients over the years who have tested positive or, have worried about testing positive for marijuana because of their exposure to secondhand smoke. Often they share an apartment (i.e. college) or house with another person or people who keep smoking marijuana in the house. Such exposure has thought to put those at risk for a positive drug test.

I have also had experience with many Judges and Probation officers who simply do not believe that secondhand smoke can result in a positive marijuana drug test.
