Back into the north.

Tonight we continue “Grit and Grind” — my no-mod, 100% completion journey through Skyrim Anniversary Edition. All official DLC and Creation Club content included — no third-party mods, no overhauls, just pure Bethesda content and hard-earned progression.

I’ve pushed the grind to Level 35, holding off on certain quests because unique rewards scale with level. If memory serves right, Level 36 is the sweet spot for max-tier versions — and I want every unique item at its absolute best.

Next up: The Companions questline.

The Companions questline is complete, and the grind continues.

Now it’s time to push the main questline and make the climb to the Throat of the World, unlocking new world drops and scaled gear along the way.

At the same time, I’ll be finishing the last stretch to 100 Smithing the old-fashioned way — building out my homestead with nails, hinges, and fittings. It’s one of the best ways to power-level the skill without exploits.

With the Companions now on my side, I’ll also be using their trainer-follower trick to push my warrior skills up to 75 for free.
