Chattambade/ Parippu Vada
Ingredients:
Chanadal/kadle bele - 2 cup
Urad dal - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1
Ginger - 1/2
Green chillies - 2
Curry leaves
Salt
Method:
•Soak both the dals for 3-4hrs.
•Wash them well and make a coarsely ground dough.
•Add chopped onion, ginger,green chillies and curry leaves.
•Add salt according to your taste and mix well.
•Give a shape of cutlet and fry them well in medium flame.
Tips:
•Goes well with Chutney and ketchup.
:) I prefer just Vada as it is with some tea 🤗
