RECIPES:

'ELSÄSSER FLAMMKUCHEN:

Ingredients for the dough
450g flour
5 tablespoons of olive oil
2 egg yolks
200ml lukewarm water

Method
Mix everything together and knead the dough. Brush the dough with olive oil, wrap in cling film and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature. Half the dough, roll out and put onto a baking tray.

Ingredients for the 'Flammkuchen'
200g sour cream
250g 'Quark'
salt and pepper
2 onions
150g bacon
chives

Mix the sour cream with the quark and spread on top of the dough. Add the onions and bacon, season with salt and pepper. Add the chives either before baking or fresh when it comes out of the oven. Bake for about 10 minutes at 250 degrees Celsius. Enjoy!

'HALLOUMI PINEAPPLE'

Ingredients
1 fresh pineapple
300g halloumi
olive oil
salt and pepper
paprika
chilli
kurkuma

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Half the pineapple and take out the fruit pulp leaving an edge of about 0,5 cm. Slice the fruit and the halloumi, season and mix thoroughly. Put everything back into the pineapple and bake for about 30-40 minutes. Enjoy!
