O bless the Lord, my soul, proclaim,
With all my heart adore His name;
Forget not all His gifts of grace,
His mercy vast, His warm embrace.

He pardons every sin and wrong,
Restores the weak, makes broken strong;
From death’s dark pit He lifts the poor,
And crowns with love forever sure.

He fills our days with all that’s good,
Renews our youth as eagles would;
The Lord works justice, truth, and right,
Defends the weak against the fight.

His ways were shown to Israel’s race,
His heart revealed through Moses’ face;
Compassionate, the Lord is kind,
So slow to wrath, with love aligned.

He will not always chide nor blame,
Nor keep His anger to our shame;
As high as heav’n His mercies soar,
As far as east from west, no more.

A father’s care the Lord displays,
On children weak His kindness stays;
He knows our frame, remembers dust,
Our fleeting lives, our fragile trust.

Yet steadfast love shall never cease
For those who walk in holy peace;
From age to age His throne is sure,
His kingdom reigns forevermore.

So bless the Lord, all heavenly hosts,
You mighty ones who serve the most;
Let all His works, in every place,
Exalt the Lord of boundless grace.
