In this video, MOST INTENSE Full Body Release She's Ever Experienced, my client IFBB Pro Bikini Athlete, came in to continue her prep for her fitness bikini competitions she was doing year round. She had a lot of tightness especially in her PSOAS, abs, and back so we had to make sure everything was in order to maintain her tip top performance. We also focused on her glutes and releasing the tightness she had in her hamstrings. Little did she know how intense this session would be.
