in 2023 Hannah came out to cut my hair after I got out of the psych ward.
my hair was so long I would sit on it and it was shiny and I just loved it (minus the patch of alopecia I have had for 10 years now), when I went into the psych ward they took it upon themselves to mess with my meds and add in an anti psychotic that I didn't need (I talk a bit about this in an upcoming vent vid) I had a weird reaction to it so they switched me to a different one and my skin and hair quickly changed completely and not for the better.
my once soft healthy hair became very dry, rough and completely unmanageable taking up to 8 leave in products to make it resemble, feel, look and behave like hair, my scalp also became so dry with uncontrollable flakes that nothing could get rid of, not even head and shoulders shampoo worked. my ski was also a mess (im still struggling with it but maleka naturals has helped a lot with both) - Hannah kindly came out and cut over half of my hair to get rid of as much damage done by the medication as possible but as it was my entire head there was only so much she could do, now in 2025 she has come back to cut most of the remaining damage off and im so grateful for her and Auntie for everything they have done to help me. I thinks with both of them I will be able to get my hair back to near its original health or close enough.
