Footage of the floods in the Buttington, Welshpool, Pool Quay and Llandrinio area. Taken today (01/12/15). I spoke with the police officers who had closed off Llandrinio bridge and asked them if I could stand on the bridge to film the other side. They said they had never seen flood water this high before so were not allowing anyone on the bridge in case the force of the water could bring it down. Scary stuff!
