Описание: This video, which features the wonderful amphitheater in Senlis (outside of Paris), is the first video in a series profiling Roman amphitheaters in France. The Senlis amphitheater is a large, fascinating structure built in a small Roman city near the intersection of 2 major Roman roads in northern Gaul. It then was a regional center for performances that reflects the fast Romanization of the region and the local interest in Roman past times.
