chunky yarn (80/20 acrylic/wool mix, 3 skeins - better safe than sorry!)
8/4 cotton yarn (1 skein, or really just some leftover, she wasn’t going to need a lot)

a 20 cm (8”) zipper
embroidery needle
sewing needle
2 D-rings, 1”
a little gold thread
3 snap buttons
