Nothing innovative this time, just new Elementalist AoE, Damage, Accuracy, Defense buffs with Discharge's 25% more damage and 33% more AoE! Seven Teachings, the new chestpiece, gives a delicious +0.7 strike range to scale cyclone AoE (remember, basic weapon range does nothing for it) meaning nothing comes close to your character.

WARNING: A lot of niche things I made to make the build happen. I'll share a Cospri's version that is more forgiving on the Precursor's slot!

Switch to Conc Effect and change nodes for more offensive builds.

You would probably want to be an Occultist, Inquisitor or Assassin for the speed!
