Описание: Duanwu Jie or Dragon Boat Festival whereby it's also the season of rice dumplings. These alkaline rice dumplings were made with loose string tying which allowed expansion of rice grains and therefore yield a softer bouncy texture after cooked. Nya Nya usually made these rice dumplings to go with her home made coconut syrup. The making of this coconut syrup is shown in a separate video.
