Описание:
The plaintiff says the defendant is his neighbor, who has eight kids. He says one of the kids broke his aquarium and damaged other items, and they’re such slobs that the plaintiff now has a rat problem. They even egged his siding. He’s suing for all the damages. The defendant says the plaintiff harasses him and calls the police on him when his kids leave toys around.
