Ingredients:

How to make Egg Butter Masala
Eggs -  6 nos
Big onion -  2 nos
TOMATO  -  3
Biggreen chilli -  1 nos
Refined oil -  1 tbs
Cashew nuts -  50 gms
WaterButter -  50 gms
Refined oil -  1 tsp
ginger  paste -  11/2 tbs
Garlic  paste -  11/2 tbs
Turmeric powder -  1/4  - 1/2  tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder -  1  -  11/2  tbs
Salt ( according to taste )
Pepper  powder -  1/2  - 1  tsp
Water - 11/2 Cup
Garam Masala powder  -  3/4  tsp
Kasoori methi -  1/2  -  1 tsp
Sugar -  1  tsp
Fresh cream -  1/4 Cup  
Coriander leaves
