You get this bad ending if you've been excessively violent throughout the game after choosing the save the slums. Apparently not every conversation should be spoken with the language of violence.

21:12 Credits (shows aftermath for Sin and others)
This provides a full ending that shows what happens to other characters. In my case, Sin survived (looking at the summary it's apparently possible for him to die) and RJ died (I'm guessing if he lives he might show in Ott's scene).
There are 11 endings to find (and some variations in "full" endings) that require some different choices be made at earlier points to find so this may result in some individual endings being uploaded until I can find them all.
