In this video, I show you a somewhat simplified way how to find the biceps pulley on shoulder MRI. I am aware that this is probably not perfect from an academic point of view. Feel free to dive deep into this topic using the links provided below. However, I feel that using my system here is easy enough to detect the pulley and later on realize when a pulley lesion is present, and this will make you much faster when reading studies for this pathology.
