Conservation careers are not well promoted, often forgotten and overlooked. We aim to showcase career options to help high school learners, making subject choices, to consider careers in conservation and to show the world how awesome it is to work in the industry. In this showcase, Hannah Du Plessis a field guide at Bushmanskloof Wilderness Reserve and Wellness Retreat share with us what being a field guide entails. She gives advice to young people who want to become a field guide and share her views as a female working in conservation.
