Automated Dual Lane Palletizing
FANUC Authorized System Integrator, Kaufman Engineered Systems has designed and built a robotic case palletizing system with a dual lane infeed, EXPA stretch wrapper and dual load stacker.
The Kaufman Engineered Systems KPal V palletizing system utilizes a FANUC M-410iB/140H robot with a vacuum end-of-arm-tool designed to pick cases and sheets.
Dual case infeed conveyors with adjusting side guides index cases into the palletizing cell where the product is picked and palletized on the single build station. Fully palletized loads are then indexed into the stretch wrapping cell.
The Kaufman EXPA turntable stretch wrapper secures the load which is then double stacked for space savings.
