Описание: South Korea has six FFX1 frigates and plans to build nine FFX2 and nine FFX3 with more missiles and anti submarine weapons. It has enclosed hanger for 1 ASW (Anti Submarine Warfare) helicopter and a deck. Currently the US Navy is building littoral combat ship (LCS) instead of traditional frigates for the stealth but South Korea will not likely take that route because LCS aren't armored like regular ships thus will be dangerous to deal with small North Korean ships with large caliber cannons.
