Ingredients:
1/2 Kilo Chicken
6 Garlic Cloves
2 Onions
regular ginger & luyang dilaw
3 pcs. eggs
1/2 cup glutinous rice and 1/4 cup regular rice
(NOTE: If your using 160ml rice cup for measurement, 1 cup glutinous and 1/2 for regular rice)
1 Chicken cube
3 tbsp Fish sauce
Ground pepper to taste
1-2 tbsp kasubha
Spring onion
Chili garlic oil or toasted garlic
Calamansi
10 cups water
