How to Configure the Ghostty Terminal Cursor Animation

Описание: I've been waiting for the Ghostty terminal cursor animation, wonderful news,
it's available now. All of this started with Neovide, then Kitty jumped in, for
Neovim we have a plugin called smear-cursor.nvim but nothing compares to native
terminal cursor trail effect, it feels so smooth and awesome
