I had a MASSIVE depression consume me in the months between the last album and this. Once it lifted, I was surprised to discover that my musical preoccupation was about the emergent spontaneous realities. I didn't just set out to chronicle the darkness I'd just went through. What I'd emerged from that darkness into was all I could think about. Even with plenty of autobiographical content, I was clearing my shelves of everything that was occurring to me and happening inside. Nothing Left To Keep!
