Описание: On Aug. 22, 1946, Dr. Robert Servatius , counsel for the Leadership Corp. of the Nazi Party, made the first argument. He denied the accusation that the Political Leaders, collectively, acted to unleash aggressive war or that they banded together to commit war or crimes. He alleged that the Leadership Corp. was not a political organization but rather an aggregation of functionaries.
