Описание: Leony pitching in normal speed and high speed. Focus needs to be on using his legs more and leading with his hip down the mound. Longer stride and throwing after front foot strike is key. Releasing as close to hitter as possible and finishing every pitch fully and balanced. The front leg should stabilize and the pitcher should finish with arm all the way through and with pitchers feet in a fielding position and not coming off the front of the mound. Rear leg should be used to drive off the mound as front toe stays closed longer and extends the body towards the hitter with a long stride. Some foot drag with the back toe should occur if Leony uses his legs more when driving/accelerating off the mound.
