in the 17th century Phlogistion was believed to be an invisible floating substance released from burning objects...
doing 300 flame damage fully charges your mmmpf meter...
for a short period of time the phlog used to give crits, 2 seconds of über and full heal when mmmpf taunting but it quickly got changed!
When activating the phlog on an enemies head, the animation get's canceled and you have a full second of uber and crits while moving
Crits and uber are also retained when pushed with rockets or airblast while taunting
