Описание: So you want to make money as a Game Master for D&D? This is how I did exactly that, running games both in person and online.

The details are in the video, but here's some background: I did this while working a full time job, it took a ton of work, and it was very rewarding. I didn't have to do anything strange or sleazy, I just had to be very resilient as I found players who wanted what I offered: the "dream scenario" for TTRPGs, a reliable, committed, and engaged weekly session.

A note on growth: while I started my pricing at $5-10 a player, as my demand increased through dedicated marketing/outreach, my pricing eventually reached $30/player for a 3 hour session. This took a ton of work. I cannot emphasize that enough.

Also, since this proof of concept, I've quite my job and now run D&D and my company RPG Club full time. All I did was scale, from four games, to 12-14 personally. Now I help other GMs do the same.
