In this video I share with you two beautiful healing hand drum rhythms for connection, that dialog together showcasing how they create a percussion song. The two hand drums are the West African djembe and Kpanlogo from Ghana.

This particular drum song (drum rhythms) can be taught by teachers in the classroom, music therapy and drum therapy groups, for drum circles or at home as a healing drum tool to ease stress and anxiety.

This percussion song is created to relax the mind and body and used as a tool for drumming meditation. Research tells us that when we drum at 80 beats per minute it reduces blood pressure and brings the brain waves to Theta - just like deep meditation or sleep.
