The Ulster Loyalist death squad know as the UVF or Ulster Volunteer Force exploded a car bomb in County Cavan in a small town called Belturbet. The bomb planted by religious fundamental bigots, likely with the help of British Army intelligence was designed to kill & injure as many men, women & children as possible. On the same day & part of the same operation the UVF planted two other bombs on the other side of the border one in Pettigo, Donegal & the other in Clones, Monaghan, luckily nobody was killed in these bombs two men were injured in Clones
