Rai, Riki, and I spent a day out exploring Butterbox Canyon, located at Mt Hay in the Grose Valley. Butter box is an awesome canyon with multiple rock jumps and swims, and a unique abseil point off the chockstone, a chunk of rock suspended pinned between the canyon walls, and 20m off the ground. It's also unique in that many Blue Mountains canyons have intense walks out, but few can be climbed out of.
