I’m a qualified Beauty Therapist, Hairdresser and Make-up Artist with over 40 years of experience. I’ve worked in salons, on fashion shoots in London, and managed hair and beauty salons onboard luxury cruise liners, including the QE2.

After returning home, I taught hair and beauty before training in Applied Psychology and moving into confidence coaching. I created the STAR Confidence Program to help women stop playing small and start showing up with quiet strength and self-belief.
