We continue investigating areas in New York City searching for Agent Kelso. We've finally received information on what she is actually up to, along with the identity of "Cassandra" and the part she was playing in Keener's overall plan.
The end of this stage of the investigation shows us a Cutscene of Kelso following the breadcrumbs and finding an ECHO of Keener. As she tries to open an SHD crate that requires two-factor authentication, she is incapacitated.
I suspect the person that has been following her is present and has captured her...
