Описание: Generally, women entrepreneurs in Africa confront numerous obstacles that go beyond the general difficulties associated with business operations. They face deeply rooted cultural and societal barriers, such traditions often discourage or outright prevent women from engaging in entrepreneurship. There is untapped potential residing within African women entrepreneurs, as they navigate through adversity with tenacity. It is our job to support them. Jennifer is a PhD candidate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Bristol. She is dedicated to understanding the factors that contribute to the success of women in technology entrepreneurship, with the ultimate goal of shaping better policies and practices for the transformation of developing economies.
