Описание: Saudi Basic Technology Company Ltd. (SABTECH) is completely devoted to the development, design and excellent quality of hydraulic products since 1995.

SABTECH has successfully passed the crash test of its High Security Road Blocker (RB3M1000CT) in compliance with international standards PAS68 and IWA14-1.

Here the detailed breakdown, on the day of the test:
• Our test was conducted on November 12th, 2020 at 13:27 in Muenster, Germany by CTS GmbH.
• Collision was 20 seconds later when a 7,500 kg truck impacted our Road Blocker at a speed of 80 km/h at a 90* degree angle.
• At the time of collision the truck impacted with a dynamic vehicle penetration of -1.0m according to IWA and -1.5m according to PAS, having obtained an excellent value of under 0, it is also commonly referred to as zero penetration. with one major debris only, falling within 4.6m from the point of instance.
• The vehicle was immediately restrained and immobilized with the cabin tipping over the edge of the Road Blocker while still connected to its main chassis.
This marks SABTECH as the first Saudi Company and manufacturer (Made in KSA) to have made this accomplishment!

نجحت شركة ساب تك فى اختبار مصدتها الامنية موديل RB3M1000CTطبقا للمواصفات العالمية للشهادات PAS68 & IWA14
أدناه تفاصيل الاختبار :
• تم الاختبار يوم 12/11/2020 الساعه 13:27 فى مدينة مونستر – المانيا بواسطة شركة
.CTS GmbH
• تم الاختبار متاخرابعشرين دقيقة عنده صدمت شاحنة وزنها 7500 كلجم المصدة الامنية بسرعه 80 كلم / الساعه عند زاوية 90 درجة.


• عند التصادم اثرت الشاحنة بعمل اختراق ديناميكى -1.0 متر طبقا للمواصفة IWA14 و مسافة 1.5 متر طبقا للمواصفة PAS68 بناءا على تلك النتيجة الممتازة لدرجة اختراق تحت الصفر الذى يعرف عادة الغير قابلة للإ ختراق ZERO PENETRATION مع وصول قطعه كبيرة رئيسة من حطام الشاحنة على بعد 4.6 متر من النقطة المرجعية للتصادم.
• الشاحنة مباشرة تم ايقافها وتعطلها مع انقلاب كبينة القيادة على المصدة الامنية مع بقاءها مرتبطة مع هيكل الشاحنة.
