Keep in mind the following points to win matches :-

•If you don't have any great players in your team then sign some good players. At least include players with minimum 102 ovr in the team. Then upgrade those players to maximum. Then your players will have good stats. Then your team will play well

•If you have good ovr team it will be good. Because when your team up you will face high ovr team.

•If you don't have a good ovr team, the game will be tough to win

•I prefer use 4-3-3 holding formation.

•Good players should be kept as substitutes.Because after 70 minutes, the stamina of the players who work hard and play well in the match will decrease. Then the performance of those players will not be good. Then you have to drop substitute players into that position.
